Dr. Gittens and his team have been super fantastic with helping with my treatment. I feel great and more youthful and my wife is loving the new me. Thanks again for making every appointment easy and making me feel comfortable.
I had a wonderful experience at The Centers For Sexua l Medicine. I was so uncomfortable talking to anyone about my condition, and I was also uncomfortable having se x because I was so insecure. My peni s started to develop a bent shape, and it was no longer straight when it was hard. I had no idea what was wrong with me. I found The Centers For Sexua l Medicine online and I immediately booked my appointment. Dr. Gittens examined me and I discovered that my condition was normal and actually curable. I'm finally able to have se x again and I feel comfortable with my body.
Dr. Gittens at Centers for Sexua l Medicine was great. I had gone to several other physicians before I saw him for my sexua l problem. He came up with a plan that was right for me and it worked. I feel more confident and whole again. I could not thank him enough. The staff was great. The office was beautiful and he was so kind and understanding and I never felt rushed. Go see him if you have problems. My only regret is not seeing him sooner.

Please don't go there. The people say that they give fake medicine
This place is a magnet for every drug addict within a 5 mile radius. Montfiore does nothing to address the loitering, illicit behavior and drug trade right outside its doors.
A medical supervisor by the name of Ms. Rockman or Rothman at this site, seems to enjoy to not only degrade the patients but discusses medical information in front of other patients. There are consequences behind her actions. Regardless whatever reasons these patients seek medical assistance, it's not for her to make any patient feel uncomfortable. Report this person to her supervisor, make sure to make notes of every incident and names of anyone you speak to and file report to.
What Happens When You Break a HIPAA Rule?
The consequences of a HIPAA violation depend significantly on the nature and severity of the offense. In other words, a practice that has received a relatively minor consequence for a HIPAA violation in the past can’t automatically assume that a violation isn’t a significant issue going forward.
Deciding how a HIPAA violation will be handled can involve multiple players, including employers, professional boards and in some cases, even the Department of Justice. The elements of the violation that authorities will look at include the overall nature of the violation, along with details like whether or not there was knowledge that a HIPAA rule was being violated, if there was malicious intent, and if the violation involved the criminal provision of the act.
Depending on the nature of the violation, and the position of the person or operation that committed the offense, possible consequences could include termination, removal from professional boards, fines and criminal charges.
Understanding the Civil Penalties of a HIPAA Violation
Civil penalties for a HIPAA violation can be issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. When a HIPPA violation has been committed, they will consider the circumstances of the offense and issue a penalty based on a four-tiered system.
Tier 1: A fine ranging from $100 to $25,000 for violations where it was determined that the individual was unaware of a HIPAA law being violated or where exercising a reasonable level of due diligence could have prevented the violation.
Tier 2: A fine ranging from $1,000 to $100,000 for violations where reasonable cause was established.
Tier 3: A fine ranging from $10,000 to $250,000 where willful neglect of HIPAA rules is evident, but the violation has been corrected within a specified amount of time.
Tier 4: A fine ranging from $50,000 to $1.5 million where willful neglect of HIPAA rules is evident and no attempt to correct the violation has been made.

The doctors are very good. They hear the patients’ problems and after that, they solve it fastly.
Live in queens , worth taking the ride into the city. My 86 year old mom had pnemonia 3 times. Twice she was septic. They saved her life. Great doctors and wonderful sraff.
Thank you for providing excellent care to my Fiancee. He told me it was the BEST, most professional, organized, expeditious, medical service he has ever received. Empathetic service from Security Guard, Police Officer Rojas, Doctor ("Sweet Lady"), RNS ("Cool Guys"). He's been raving about it to everyone and informing it all over social media

The entirely Male IT uncertified staff accesses your records and youd be surprised to know what they do with that data.
My experience with this hospital is one of the best experiences. Here, the medical staff is well-trained as well as experienced. I am completely satisfied with the services that I receive from this hospital.
